Not be in a rush! When you start your period you will have it so many years you'll look back and think....why did is start so young?
Your breasts will come eventually, and maybe they'll be smaller but that's okay. Both my daughters didn't start their periods until 13 and a half. Now they wish they didn't have it!!
One of them is a large D cup (almost DD), the other an A cup. But the D cup daughter has to buy xlarge shirts just to fit her boobs. She hates it. Seriously thinking about a reduction to a C cup.

You have to just wait. You are only 12 and not everyone enters puberty at a young age. Give it time. If you don't get your period by time you are 16 then see a doc to be sure everything is ok but for now just relax.

Nothing. You need to be patient. Your body will adjust itself when it is ready to do so. There is nothing you can do to speed up puberty. I know in a few years you will be wondering why you even wanted it to start....LOL!! Having your period is no fun, dear. You will come to wish for the good old days before puberty or long for the days of menopause!!~

If you are getting cramps, it means your period should be coming soon. Be prepared. Put a pantie liner on so that you dont bleed through your clothes. That can be very embarrassing, I know it's happened to me one too many times when I first started my period.

Everyone starts their period 2 YEARS after they start developing breasts. Honey, you have time. Just don't wait for it, you don't want it. What if you're in the middle of class and it spills out?
I predict that you're having cramps because you're either growing, ate something bad, are sick, bones are in lack of calcium, or you need iron.

everyone enters into puberty at diferent ages. I've known young ladies to enter into puberty at 10 and fully developed. I remember when i entered into puberty. I started having cramps before i actually got my period. even now. before i get my period i cramp. but i didn't develop brest till late....lol. dont really want to share that story...lol. But don't worry we all bloom at different ages. It's ok hun everything will be ok.

if you dont already... start eating a lot more nutricious foods and start eating more meats. they have some hormones that could make you get your period/grow faster. dont worry! you're normal. and im not gonna say the old "well... everybody different!" cuz i know EVERYONE says that. im just gonna tel ya maybe if u wanna look bigger get a padded bra.

puberty will come in it's own time. could be you maybe getting ready to start having your cycle and breasts will follow. when it does you maybe cursing it. but some advice is to stay active and watch your weight and drink lots of healthy things and avoid the sodas.
