I worked for a major trucking company in the Billing Department and my boss was the greatest.

She always helped when we needed it, she let us work at our speed, gave us praise and sometimes gave out gifts and took us to Lunch.

She didn't sweat the small stuff. If we was late she didn't make a big deal about it. If we needed time off she almost always let us.

So we always tried harder to please her. We got our work done properly and on time. We didn't miss work unless we absolutely had to.
