2000 Road King Classic

Leg room too short, floor boards and pegs cramp my legs

The saddle is very uncomfortable. Have HD standardad with bike.

Suggestions from any tall, long legged guy who has re-equipped their bik to be more comfortable; legs and back.

If I can't sell my bike and get something a little longer wheel to wheel perhaps I can equip it better

Well, I'm 6'4" (tall 'nuff?)
You can move floorboards/controls forward with these:

Sounds like you need a set of forward controls, maybe even extended forwards.

You may want to look into a set of bars with some more "pull back" than your current bars.

As far as the seat, I've always been pleased with LePera seats.

I have a cool way of choosing seats and bars ( in the comfort of your own garage.
What I do is to order 5-6 seats and 5-6 sets of bars( from a catalog) that I think will work. Spend a Saturday trying all the combinations and once you've chosen the bars and seat you like ,ship the other stuff back.

If you are going to get forwards , do that first as the seat and bars that fell good with the floor board may not work as well with forwards.

If you are not one to do your own wrenching, any independent V-twin shop would be willing to help you out.

Not enough details......"does it have foward controls already installed", " What kind of handlebars are on the bike", "How tall are you", "What kind of seat is on it", "What kind of sacrifices are you willing to make".......Need more info from you.
