I have had to replace some fuel lines on a wacker, and now have a mower that won't start.

no. my car and lawn mower both run fine on 10% blend. E-85 is a high ethanol mix (85% ethanol) and it does take a special engine to handle it.

Do not use ethanol fuel in engines not designed for it. It has a high alcohol content and burns hotter than regular gasoline. This applys to autos also. You need a dual-fuel engine to use it.

Yes, it's crap. Don't buy any gas from wal-mart or Sam's club or anyplace that doesn't have their own refinery.
I was told to buy from Shell, Hess, BP-Amoco, and Sunoco because they have their own refineries.
Also, I was told to only buy 93. Anything else is crap and will eventually carbonize and sludge your entire fuel system.
