When booting my pc from floppy, I cannot see C Drive, or CD-Rom, even though I have a CD-ROM driver (MSCDEX001.EXE) on the floppy.
Please help.
Thanks.

Just because the MSCDEX file is ON the floppy does not mean it's loading correctly.
You need to LOAD the CD drivers.

Try downloading a good boot disc from www.bootdisc.com (might be bootdisk.com, I forget)

Also if the PC has an NTFS partition for C, you cannot read this is DOS, only FAT32 partitions.

Have you tired command prompt to check that? If not please go to command prompt and
1. C:
2. D:
3. E:
4: F:
according to number of drives you have and check that it lists or not.
If it failed try to use another bootable floppy.
