Atomic weights: Ag=108 N=14 O=16 AgNO3=170

Let the solution be called S

4.19gAgNO3 x 1molAgNO3/170gAgNO3 x 1000mLS/0.171molAgNO3 = 144g H2O

This assumes that the 4.19g AgNO3 doesn't increase the volume of the solution over that of the water added.
