When I post a picture (Example Happy Labor Day) to one of my friends pages. Is there a way I don't have to do it 30 times? I want this posted to their page. Thanks for you help.

U need to use the bulliten board to show them that's the only way except the blog.

No. But you could post a bulletin instead or post it in a blog and tell your friends to read it. Otherwise copy and paste into each message.

yes. You can post a message to multiple friends pages on yourspace in one message. In to address and cc address you can select your friends addresses from your contact list.
