I need a hug, my little pet bird died and I'm sad :-( I had him for 7 years and he got an intestinal infection and passed away, I just wish he hadn’t suffered so much in the end.

Aw thanks everyone, you all cheered me up a little. It's sad to lose a pet after 7 years, it's such a long time, plus I had him since he was a little baby and we were pretty close.

I'm so sorry. *hug* I hope you feel better. Seven years develops a strong bond between pet and owner.
I got a beta fish about a week ago, and yesterday I bought him a fake plant to sleep in. When I was putting it into his tank he freaked out and swam into the sparp edge of the weight that holds it down. Now he has a huge gash in his side, and I'm afriad hes going to die. Normally he does not freakout when I would fix something in the tank.

My deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your pet tweet tweet. It is so hard to watch a pet die when they are suffering. I was going to ask YOU for a hug because I have an allergy head ache but I can see that you need one WAY more than I do. Hug to you! Hope you day gets better!
