Hi - What you are looking for is 'concealed cistern' (water tank). These are usually plastic and are usually concealed inside a unit (self-built or ready made). The concealed cistern would be used, in your case with a back-to-wall toilet pan. This pan rests on the floor and fits 'back-to-wall' (or front face of unit.) I have fitted back-to-wall pans actually back to a wall with the cistern fixed to a garage wall that was behind the toilet. You need to make sure thet you order an 'extended lever' to go with the cistern. These come in various lengths depending where the cistern is fitted in relation to the toilet pan. You will probably have more luck getting these items froma plumbing/bathroom outlet. Some of it is posibly abit specialised for a DIY shed.

How do you expect to flush a toilet without a cistern. I would be interested to know how this is possible. The only hidden cistern you can haveis the one that is hidden behind a studded wall, but for these there are special fittings for the flush handle as it has to be extended. It is difficult to get these fittings are they are usually a special order from the manufacturer.

Eljer makes a line of one piece toilets in which the tank and the bowl form one smooth part to minimize ugliness of the tank.

If you really want a flushometer type with no tank at all you need to have large diameter pipes and high pressure to service that kind of fixture.
