Because they have nothing else on him to criticize, so they use Anti-Islamic diatribe.

I personally don't care for Obama as a politician, but come on.
Unless it can be proven to be in cahoots with Islamic extremists, the name/religion thing is meaningless and a low blow.

It will come back and bite them in the ***.

Over-emphasizing his middle name (Hussein) is a blatant attempt to rile up anti-Muslim sentiment that has taken hold over a misinformed and fearful public, even though Obama happens to be a Christian. They simply have little credibility when it comes to criticizing his stances on issues and his vision for the nation. Rather, these political hitmen will resort to character assassination to mask their own deficiences and failures regarding their own ideals.

Why are some idiotic posters bringing up Romney? Even in this instance, they have no leg to stand on. The ones smearing his name and religion are fundamentalist (evangelical) Christians who don't acknowledge Mormonism as "true Christianity." It's no wonder he's doing rather poorly in the GOP polls.

It may not be just neoconservatives that are afraid of Obama and his religion. It's human nature to shy away from a person who may not look like you, or believes in the same heavenly power you do.

Hey Jim Sock: WHY do you ask a question, challenge us, then don't allow anyone to email you? Where's the logic?

Here are some neonconservatives: Bill Kristol, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz , Elliot Abrams, Douglas Feith. Need more?

Extra credit if you can tell me what they all have in common, besides being Neocons.

Because they want to try and pick off the dems one by one. They focus on things they think will generate a negative emotional response on the part of voters rather than actually debating him on the issues. When it comes right down to it it's pretty lazy.

Because they are anti-muslim bigots, who believe that the actions of the islamists are indicative of all 1 billion of them. This type of behavior guarantees the bubba vote for the republican party and proves that most of the people in the republican party are one step removed from the KKK.

Because they can't dig up anything real to campaign against him on. And because not being a Christian is so unacceptable to them that the curse lasts unto the 7th Christianized generation.

More succinctly, they're shallow semiliterates who mistake Sociopathy for sound politics.

Well, Obama sounds very similar to Osama, as in Ben Laden. As for his religion, I do not actually know what his religion is, but if it happens to be Muslim, my only question to all Muslims in the U.S.A. is this - If you believe so fervently in your religion, why is it that in the states your women are allowed to dress as other American women? I really couldn't find myself voting for a Muslim as President of these United States of America. If he happens to be of a Christian religion, it doesn't have to be any specific one in order to obtain my vote, as long as he is NOT a fanatic of any religion.
