You will get the best results if you wait until you have a missed period. There are HPT you can buy that will tell you 5 days before a missed period but they will give you the % rate on those on the side of the box. The longer you wait the better your chances are of getting the correct result.

If you had sex around your ovulation time I would wait at least 14 days to test. Or if you miss your period that is a major clue to test.

Pregnancy tests make you wait a month or if you keep count, one week after the day you expect your monthly period to occur.
If you go to the doctor, they can tell you even two days after you've had sexual intercourse.

You can buy those early pregnancy tests..you can take them 5 days before your period..other than that, wait until she misses her period and then test.
