Lebanon used to be a popular place to visit for Greek and Italian tourists. Not so much now.
Violence and hatred tend to cut down on tourism for some unknown reason.

Sur and Batroun because of the fact I relish traveling the old church homes and different historic archaeological structures; and that i additionally love that they are coastal cities. portion of my family is from Sur, Lebanese. :)

yes..what is the doubt ? Actually the tourists become more popular after they get kidnaped, because then they will read letters in CNN, and their government will donate huge sum to the kidnaper's to get them home.Do u want to travlel to hell when u are alive?
