Mostly, birds. Especially hawks, kites, and cuckoos.

You were talking about Old World, or "true" chameleons, right?

A male chameleon might grow to be extra vibrant in colouration and a feminine might grow to be extra stupid in colouration as they each might be responding to their mirrored image - the male becomming competitive and showing and the feminine fitting shy and submissive. Chameleons are good hidden because of their base color, inexperienced, mixing with their inexperienced atmosphere. Their genuine color is a mirrored image of temper, now not atmosphere.

Deforestation, habitat depletion, and exportation into the pet trade gets a couple 100,000 a year and most dont survive the trip or shortly die thereafter.

Also in some cultures the local population thinks they are bad luck and kills them.

As for natural predators, birds and other predators like mongoose, even some monkey species will eat them, jsut about any predator in the various countries they are found will eat them.
