I'm sure there are more, I've flown on the first 3 in and out of Lebanon. the last time i flew out i noticed Lufthansa had a new fligth that was departing and i recently read that Quatar Airways just started going back into Lebanon. I cant vouch for the rest but i have heard they also go in and out of Beirut.

MEA, Air France, British Airways, Alitalia, Lufthansa, Olympic. Emirates, Arabia, Saudi Airlines, Gulf airways, Qatar airways, Malaysian airways ... etc

MEA (Middle East Airways)
It is working for Europe in association with Air France, Alitalia, and some other important companies, and really offers a very good service.
