Depends.

If the flow is heavy or your hemoglobin is low, you would feel weak. It takes the body some time to replenish the loss of blood.

You should have some bloodwork to assess the reason.

In the mean time, take some vitamins. B12, folic acid, B complex. I find that Prenatal Vitamins are great for women that have these issues. They have everything in just the right dose.

Yes it IS normal. You may be needing vitamin B and iron supplements though. When you bleed you lose these vitamins. Just call your doctor to get the correct amount of pills to take so you don't take too much. You'll be feeling fine soon!

your iron levels are probably getting low. take some iron supplements and see if that helps. just about all women have this problem and don't even know about it. i think we should start a passing it on and tell all our friends about it. there are so many women out there feeling like that after their period and there is such a simple solution.

this is normal after a period,you mite however want to get yourself tested for anemia,its really common in younger people these days and it helped by iron supplements.

I ALWAYS FEEL WEAK BEFORE AND DURING MY PERIOD,AND IM 34. NOW AFTER I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER.

It is normal, if you are having your first time period.
It is because you arn't used to it.
