If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNGED
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Families should try as much as possible to sit down together and have dinner, depending on whos doing what and when etc.
Its a good time to be able to catch up with each other, our lives being so busy these days.

Every night we do. We believe in strong family communication. The best time to go over anything new, exciting, or otherwise in each other's lives is at the dinner table. We share stories, laugh and enjoy each other's company. Then we all clean up together.

I have 10 month old triplets. We feed bathe and diaper the babies first.
Then I sit down with my husband, and my teenage daughter, for a nice dinner, generally 4 nights out of seven.
NOTE: My mother in law is my nanny, and makes dinner for us, before she leaves for the night.

None, I'm afraid. We usually curl up the on sofa with our dinner in the evenings.
Being informal makes me feel like a rebel.

Almost never. My brother's and his wife are so dimwitted, they seem to need formal invitations to meals everyday. I get tired, so I decided that I will call them once, then have dinner alone if necessary. Otherwise, I might just collapse from hunger while waiting for them.
