I love to read science fiction and see some movies of this type. Nothing is wrong with a bit of escapism, as long as it is not a permanent state.

I love Science Fiction. But hey, isn't spending a couple of hours watching any move a bit of escaping for a while? Be it Scfi or a western, aren't we shutting down the real world for a bit?

I really like star wars, probably the best science-fiction ever. Alien & Predator movies are so cool too.

Yeah I like Sci-Fi, I really don't think there's anything wrong with a little escapism.

All genres of movies and literature involve a little escapism.. doesn't it? Not sci-fi in particular.
