I don't think there is a magical food to make breasts bigger...
You could eat double cheese burgers and fried chicken, might make you go up one size. But you rear end will probably go up 3 sizes...
Breasts are in genes...
Enjoy a small chest, boobs are over rated.

eat normal...if you h ave the genetics for a larger chest, it will come. If you dont, not all the "special" food in the world will make it grow.

You can't do anything to make your chest larger. Wait until you're older and then if it truly bothers you, go get a breast augmentation. Chances are, you just need to wait it out and they'll come with time.

I was flat for the longest. After I had my son I started getting bigger boobs. Your body changes and so do your hormones. It takes a while and some of us are late bloomers, but it happens.

Boob size is genetic. Eat a balanced diet and be healthy and allow your body to mature as its intended to.

take it from me (queen of itty bitty titties) there is nothing you can eat or wash with to make them grow it is all in your genes so if your mom has small ones more than likely so will you. however if you find anything that works please let me know.

There's nothing you can do, your body will develop when it is ready. Don't worry about it, we're all different shapes and sizes.
