Hooray! You are a creditcrawler! That's what we're called: Those people who sit through the lengthy crawl. You're a true film buff if you linger.
Sometimes we are rewarded, as with the POTC movies and X-Men: The Last Stand. More films seem to be using the credit roll for special surprises, including outtakes and bloopers.
One of my favorites is Ferris Bueller telling the audience to go home! I'm not sure if that is the earliest example, but I might look for some information.
I'm one of those creditcrawlers who has a notebook and lighted pen handy to jot down names since I've been working on a filmography project for several years.

Not before. But now I wait till the end credits because I missed two surprise endings when I didn't finish the film -- "Constantine" starring Keanu Reeves and the last sequel of "Pirates of the Carribean"--- my friends told me Keanu's protege became an angel at the end of the movie and that Keira and Orlando's character had a child in Piarates. DANG! I missed the good part. Now I learned my lesson.

I am a firm believer in staying till the end of the credits. Some movies have those extra "after credit" scenes that I don't wanna miss.

Yeah i like to video exhibit the credit on the tip of a action picture. If there is an exciting region i like to correctly known the place it is and if i certainly enjoyed the song, comprehend it or sounded solid to me i like to work out the call, singer, author, and so on. i'm from time to time curious to work out who helped make it or positioned some attempt into helping make the action picture. As for mind-blowing habit that could rely on whose asking if that's mind-blowing. To me it must be rather huge-unfold yet to others mind-blowing!

I only stay and I might watch or run around, with the person I'm with at the movies, but if I'm dateless or with my family I leave when they start a-rollin.
