Another suggestion that is always a good idea, is to document everything you are seeing that she lies about. Write down dates and times that you are sure that she will "dispute". Make sure that there are people around when you exchange the kids, or anything where you think it could come up in court. If it is just her word against yours, then it is just that, but if you have others, sometimes neutral 3rd parties that can testify to what you are talking about, and you have dates and times documented, it will have better backing to a judge sometimes. It will show that you are keeping track of your efforts also. Example: If she refused to let you see the kids, but then said you didn't show up, if you had someone with you, a friend or neighbor for example, they could testify to her not allowing you to see them and what her "reasons" were.
Also, as the other poster said, get a lawyer also, this helps immensely!!

Hire an attorney. Your attorney will help you convince the judge that you are better qualified to have physical custody.

Unless your ex is neglecting or abusing the kids, it is next to impossible to prove her to be unfit, whether you approve of her low-life mentality or not. It is far easier to prove the better parent (stability, finances, home, guidance, etc.)

What ever you do, do NOT act like an idiot in front of the judge and do NOT bad mouth your ex. Be very very careful of the image you portray to the judge!
