Would our instinct knows what is wrong or right?

This kind of permission to act without any cognisant or intellectual deliberation is possible in humans being - in animals, however, instincts are the only means possible. Our instinctual actions and functions use the lower part of our brain called medulla that connects higher brain to our spine, it is also called reptilian brain, as it controls all our instinctual functions relating to, for instance, sex, huger, comfort and survival.

Now what would happen if we lose the human brain to live only with our reptilian brain? I could not imagine what it would be like to be absolutely spontaneous. Would it have been sufficient for us to live on instincts and by never developing personal, social and intellectual capacities?

The question here delves deeper into the origin of life in human form. The question is – did life originate from matter or does it have some divine origin, or an origin that is transcendental and not merely physical. For if life is all manifestation of physical super-arrangement of atoms and molecules then we would have required to develop any more then the rest of the animal species. But life is considered to have some kind of link to something supremely real then the endless human quest for excellence, or search for things better and better, can be explained; that we are still upon the course of our evolution, and if physically we are matured we need to go much further mentally; it is just like a journey.

In this sense our instinctual mind, and its instrument our reptilian brain, and all our instincts are but our physical requirements, whereas in essence, in some other dimension of really we might not feel any need to be instinctive; we might live as pure knowledge, complete understanding, or as an embodiment of love for our Creator. We might in fact be aliens not only on the Earth but also into this universe altogether.

Like knowledge and learning, instinct is barely understood and, certainly, the boundaries are analogous to a water with alcohol mixture. The old stereotypes of animals behaving strictly on instinct don't hold anymore. Our vaunted brains mostly react on a gut-gonad basis, and the point where concept disappears along the evolution-revolution tree is also not known.
There is no observed basis for such a speculation.

Our instincts don't know what right or wrong they know how to live in balance with nature. Animals which are almost all instinct will very rarely kjill one another in a show of dominance. Say when two dominant wolves enter into a physical struggle over being pack leader. the "losing" wolf upon realizing he's "lost" will expose his jugular in a show of defeat and the "winner" will NOT rip the "loser" jugular out of his neck. We humans will tend to kill the loser. both figuratively and literally.

Instinct does not know right or wrong, instinct only know how to survive. So if we did not have knowledge, we wouldn't know how to reason. We will be living just like animals.

Animals have powerful instincts, but they have no logic, knowledge. If we would had only our instincts... well we would be back in the stone age. Knowledge is more important then instinct - for me anyway.
