From my point of view and I´m a man, the most attractive looking women aren´t always the pretty ones. Most women when they go out like to look their best when many men couldn´t care less. If women feel the need to do it then why not, but I live near the beach and see topless women all the time and I don´t see anything wrong in it, but saying that, many would be better with a swimsuit.

Many men are pigs,they'll begin to think it's okay to not only stare,but touch as well.It could cause car accidents.What woman would want to go shopping or pick their kids up at school shirtless?I'd prefer if women want to be topless that it be kept to the beach,regardless of body type.I think women each have their own individual beauty,& I wouldn't be offended if they had battle scars from bearing children or age,& it's true,some shirtless men can be very scary.It's a good question,that needs deeper thought.

As a man I can honestly say that if women went topless everywhere I would at the least stop complaining about leaving the house.

It's been legal here in Toronto for about 10 years... all these women were fighting for it, but I don't know why. I've never seen a topless woman here, so even though we're allowed, NOBODY does it. I certainly wouldn't.

I vote that women should be allowed to go topless everywhere too... except ones with long stretched-out floppy b00bs, or big fat wrinkled guts

Just a thought: why is it illegal? There is no reason that "modesty" should be a law, nor any reason why it is more or less modest in the first place.
