I'm in Iraq and my friend sent me some Prenatal Vitamins instead of just regular vitamins. Is that okay? I dont plan on getting pregnant anytime soon

It's okay to take these. They contain folic acid as women we need this in our diet. I don't plan on getting pregnant either, but I like to take these from time to time. It makes hair and nails grow faster and help when your sick.

That is fine. There is nothing in prenatal vitamins that will hurt you. Many women take them because they say it makes their hair and nails grow faster.

it would probably be ok. just check the levels of iron in them. if the iron is high then it could cause constipation. if your iron is low, then you probably need it anyway. just be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water to ward off constipation.

YES ITS OKAY. IM THINKING ABOUT TAKING THEM MYSELF AND I CANT HAVE ANY MORE KIDS. THEY MADE FEEL SO GOOD WHEN I WAS PREGNANT.
