When you speak "of" something or someone (short story or not) it is the third person.

If you speak "to", it is the second person

If you speak about yourself, it is the first person.

Well; technically, they all indicate a person or thing; the use of the pronoun "I" to indicate oneself is apparent in the first person, and "you" would easily slip in the second. I'm going to go with third, though; simply because the abundance of pronouns which describe something in the third person (especially "it", which is probably the only right way to describe a "thing") make it the most accurate (and boring =_=) answer.

So... I'd say C, myself.

Hope that helps =3
