If the world consisted of people with acondoplagia (spelling?) then infant mortality rates would be much higher; and the world would not have a concern about 'over population'.

Not only would we not use the term 'midget' (which is actually an insult as it means "half human") but even the conotation "little people" would be obsolete as those with acondoplagia would be the majority and probably have most of the world's facilities geared to their height; making it nearly impossible for "giants" to participate in life.

NO. Their cars might be smaller but the roads would be smaller too - so you'd get the same problems. Ditto if the world was full of giants, but then you'd run out of land!!
