I joked about a man cheating on his wife a couple of days ago on here, and apparently it didn't make anybody too happy, as a few emails suggested... Any way, what are some other things that one should never joke about...?

Explosive Diarrhea. It seems to be a messy subject to get into. I was also thinking of marketing EX-LAX PM with a advertising slogan having something to do with a surprise at the end.

Actually, there is nothing you shouldn't joke about. Humor is the symptom of a disease called Perspective.
But, in today's culture of hypersensitivity, there are far too many people you shouldn't tell jokes to. In fact, when it comes to African Americans, Feminazis, Busheviks and Fundies--it's a good idea not to be talking to them at all. You're supposed to just listen and try to keep a straight face.
But especially, you shouldn't share satire with Neocons. During the Potato famine, Jonathan Swift wrote an essay entitled "A Modest Proposal," in which he ridiculed the English attitude toward the starving Irish by suggesting that the problem could be solved by the Brits buying Irish babies to eat.
Now, you're average Neocon would read that and say, "Wow! What a concept! How soon can we implement it?"

1) The joke to a woman that her husband is cheating on her
2) Racistic jokes (I hate 'em!)
3) Jokes about disabled
4) Jokes about elderly
5) Jokes about gays/ lesbians when there is a gay/ lesbian around you
6) Jokes about religion. You never know others' reaction and religion is a serious subject (although I don't take it seriously)

If you can't joke about it then it's not worth talking about. That's the problem today, you can't joke about anything without fear of offending somebody. I say F@#K 'em if they can't take a joke !
