whichever way you cut it - if they sedated their children so they could wine and dine themselves they're scumbags aren't they?

I don't care how much P.R. they organise to kid us they're full of 'swetness & light' - the fact remains IF and I stress that word IF this is true, they should be prosecuted at the very least on some sort of 'child endangerment' charge, especially being as they're both in the medical profession - by OUR courts let alone the strange & secretive portuguese legal system - wouldn't you agree? If for no other reason than set an example!

Morality seems to be disappearing from this planet like air out of airlock - is someone going to seal this door or should we all start picking up clubs and stones and start going UG UG OOG OOG again?!!!

They should be prosecuted just for leaving them alone for any length of time. If there is a level of drugs in the DNA that is higher than a normal dose someone should be prosecuted for that. I would never leave me kids alone anywhere at that age ever. Especially in a foreign country in a strange place. These people should be charged with neglect at the very least. How about reckless endangerment. Its unbelievable to me. They are doctors, you would think they could afford a nanny. Yes they are scumbags!

yes they are if they did sedate the kids period ,no matter what the reason and if kate did that maybe she should have her medical license suspended no matter what untill the investigation ends or comes to a conclusion . I do however think that they did have a hand in this whole business . Yes they try to portray themselves as the victims in this when we all know the victim is maddie. I will pray for that poor child's soul .
