Last night i watched the Leafs vs Oilers game on LeafsTV, and did it ever feel good to watch hockey again!

amne m, yes i know about both losses to Florida lol ... but its just pre-season and doesnt mean anything... looks like florida's prospects are better than their actuall team, maybe they should just stick to their pre-season line-up bahahaha

Yeah! Last night and the night before last were games opposing the Habs to the Penguins. Sydney Crosby showed immaturity and a terrible lack of dicipline in the first one. With a 2-2 tie in overtime, the Penguins had a two men advantage with 2 minutes in the game. Then Komisarek threw Crosby on the ice and the young superstar lost it. Result? All of a sudden it's 3 against 3 and Kovalev takes about 15 seconds to score. Last night, the young Penguins were a lot hungrier than the young Habs, and they dominated.
Yes, it felt good to watch a game again. However, the level of play is not there yet.
Keep on hockeying!

I watched Edmonton and Toronto, and both teams pretty much stunk up the joint. A lot of missed passes and missed checks. At first I thought I was being critical but then Maurice said the same thing about his team, and how disappointed he was in Tucker, Wellwood and Ponikarovsky. Then MacTavish ripped into his team.

In today's Toronto Star, Maurice is still picking on them.

Sucks to be a Leaf right now I guess.

While you were watching the Leafs game last night featuring actual Leafs, I was at the the Sens/Flyers game featuring....ummm..Chris Neil. Whoopee!! Not one player from the top 2 lines from either team were there last night. $250.00 for 4 tickets! You know that there maybe 1 or 2 players not play due to the pre-season, but to have none was a joke. I'm pretty sure the parking attendant for the Sens even played last night.

I didn't get to watch the game, but from what I've read, the Leafs look to be set in goal for quite some time. Sounds like I missed a good game for a preseason affair.

Not yet....but I will FRIDAY!

I'll be home in MI for a wedding, so I'll catch the Wings V. Pens at the Joe! I just bought my tickets this morning.

Apparently I looked happier then usual walking into work this morning (as noted by two co-workers) after buying the tickets. I am pumped, I get to dust off my Wings (Shanahan) jersey, I might even wear it on the plane Friday(or not).

I got tickets to the Canes-Jackets game next Friday. Be nice to be in the arena again. Can't get much televised preseason hockey here in NC, but thats alright

I wish I had seen it. But at least Andy Frost, Dennis Baeak and Jim Ralph had all the calls on AM 640 in Toronto.
