I suspect a dead pigeon or otherwise in your neighbours balconies, more than likely one below your level

It could be worth seeing what my neighbor sees, try to get a deal with a bug man as a first time seer and ask them if it's bugs, a dead bird, rats, water accumulating somewhere. Did you ever consider your location to the air conditioner? How about fertilizing trees near by? Water can do a lot. It's a great source of energy, so keep things dry.

I did not find anything on the fly that indicate water. Meat flies like the mountains and are really annoying up there. Gnats may be what you have.

Good luck, it's not a nice morning to wake up to that.

Tis the season -- maybe they like the warmth. Try burning some incense out there. Flies hate the smoke, and will stay away . . . usually.

Maybe there 's something in one of the adjacent apartments which is attracting them. Ask the neighbours if they are having any problems
