No and no. Mr. Bush will not propose any health care plans. There is no such thing as a low cost plan. You can buy health insurance with a large deductible and start a health savings account, now.

If he does I'd want to know why he's waited until now to do it when so many people have been without insurance for so long.
Could it be because businesses are making huge profits and giving it to his buddies (aka CEO's) while at the same time saying "oh! we can't afford health insurance for our employees"?
