Different for everyone..your safe to say by 19-20 you should be your normal size but they do change throughout your life..some stop early some never!

Around your 20's, but they grow and reduce depending on your weight, your workout habits, pregnancy, etc.

You could stay a 34B or you could get as big as a 40K.

Nobody knows.

Well, they will change with every pregnancy, maybe larger, maybe smaller. Then they change with weight gain and loss. And then through out life with hormone changes. But I assume you want a more direct answer - two years or so after your begin you cycle is usually when you have reached you final height and your breasts are pretty much done as well.

Breasts stop growing when a woman is in her mid-twenties. (mine grew in college). There is no way to predict what size they are going to be.
