I only have 58 MB left and I keep on getting pop-ups telling me to delete some files but I'm kind of curious to see what will happen when I run out of space.

If you don't delete the files, the drive will just lose them... Hard drives get really forgetful when you have them more than 90% full.

Depends. If it's your system drive, filling your hard drive will crash the computer. Windows needs plenty of empty space to write temp files. If it can't, it becomes unstable and eventually crashes.

It'll just nagging you about deleting stuff all the time; and not capable to stuff things over the capacity limit

nothing your computer slows down and it requests you to clean some disk space
