Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the US, so technically George W. Bush is the President. He will rule over any federal matters pertaining to PR. However PR always has a govenor like each state too. The governor usually handles more of the real issues in PR. The current governor is AnÃbal Acevedo Vilá.
Also PR is a tropical island. The outer edges of the island are all beaches & the inner parts of the island are lush green mountains & yes there are lots of lakes & rivers too. There is even a rainforest. The weather is always warm. It is beautiful. I am going to PR on Saturday!! Woohoo.
