No you definitely need to keep a checkbook that way you know how much is coming in direct deposit and how much you are spending.... if you dont keep up with it you will get a lot in bank charges for overdraft. even though you are keeping up with your account online, not everything shows up there automatically and you could think you have 100 but only actually have 20...

i havent in 2 or 3 months. I just call the 800 # and the computer guy lets me know whats happening. I suppose when I buy my house,I'll have to be responsible again
