There is an earthwom in Australia that reaches 36" (about 95 cm).

The largest earthworms in eastern Australia occurr in the Gippsland area of Victoria, and can grow to a metre or so in length, as Lightning Rod noted.. They can sometimes be seen on golf courses, and I read that they can even be heard as they move under the ground, if they are near the surface. I believe that there are also some very long earthworms in South Africa.

apparently the giant earthworm somewhere in headwater's of murray river.native aussie.also very large(1-2 foot) native worm's.i have used them for bait 4 eastern cod,headwater's of clarence river.n.s.w.
