The only time the Admin account shows is when there isn't any other account other than guest accounts. The Admin is still there just go into your computer in safe mode.

If your own user account is set to have Administrative right there is not likely any issue stem from this, even if you do the deletion explicitly.

However it is just a bug in the login screen not likely an actual deletion to begin with, if you have all hard/soft ware that is needed to setup Remote Desktop you will find the accounts are still there, but Microsoft opt for the clicking login and I don't know how to hack it back to what Remote Desktop and corporate Windows use as login screen.

Clicking logoff twice is not a problem. Insted of creating new account you have renamed existing Administrator account. Check it.

your fine you just changed the name. you'd be better if you changed the settings to classic log-in. then even thou you have to type your User Name & Password (if you have one) you will access to the secret backup accounts in case somthing goes wrong you can log on my typing "Administrator (no password)and fix problems.
