first add up all of the decimals and then take each one and put it on top of the total, that should be the correct answer.

The probability of one of those colours is:-

0.09 + 0.15 + 0.21 + 0.23 = 0.64

So there is a 0.64 chance that he will and a 0.36 chance that he won't
