High tide on Friday AM is 0522 so I would guess the ship will be in the river between 6 and 9AM.

She is due to leave after a fireworks display at 9 PM, even though high tide is 1810 (6.10PM).

Although the cruise liner terminal allows big ships to tie up at the Pier Head they still need the high tide to get over the Mersey bar at the rivers mouth.
