an easy way to remove vinyl floor tiles removal from concrete?

I found these easiest way was to use a propane heating torch (or a hair dryer).Just apply enouch heat to warm up the entire tile,then use a small scraper and lift one corner of the tile and slowly peel it back.If it is still too hard to remove add some more heat to the problem area while still pulling on the tile.After awhile you will get the "feel" of it. OR you could try a very sharp "ice scraper" especially on concrete as it won't dig into the concrete.I wouldn't try this method on a wood floor though.

Go to a rental place ,Rent a heavy hand held floor scraper
and kick some _ _ _!!! you'll be done in no time at all, if the tile was on wood that would be different,you might need heat.

hi i have just removed vinyl floor tiles from my concrete floors. i used a steam stripper and they lifted very easy.you could also use a heat gun

Its called a heat gun, Its electric, It looks like a big hair dryer, It works, available at any home supply,Ive done it and it makes tile removal so much easier.

If they havent been done for more than three years a simple shovel will pulll them away from the concrete. If they have been there for more than 10 years i would just put your new flooring on top of them, LOL

Flood the floor with water and detergent, the tiles will pop up in a day.

Try one of those paint remover guns that look like a hairdryer, they are very effective. I don't like the idea of those propane open flame guns.

Pour water, and with a spatula and a hammer, with a heat gun, it is not that difficult only patience...
