Homemade potato salad made the way my grandmother and mother make it. I don't like too many extra ingredients that some people start tossing in there. I like ours more simple. :o)

Harvest potatoes made with frozen hashbrowns, chopped onion, melted margarine, sour cream & grated cheese.
Topping- Crushed corn flakes & melted margarine.

me too! scalloped potatoes and baked ones with lots of melted cheese. for healthy binge snacks - baked potato chips with baked sweet potato and eggplant chips.
