No possible. When you eat something (sperm, food, whatever) it goes through your body to your stomach and later intestines. A woman gets pregnant if sperm goes through her vagina and encounters an egg. They are 2 completely different systems that do not cross paths.

You could get an STD, so use a condom even for oral sex.
