Wow! Let me try to give you at least one real answer to your question.
First, reading body language is not reading a person's mind and body language is at best a starting point for a conversation. Body language is extremely cultural based for instance in traditional oriental cultural direct eye contact is not polite where in our western culture it is considered deceptive. So, with a western born person of Chinese decent that comes from a traditional family it means what?
Second, a true test of telepathy (reading a persons mind) is not possible because in order to confirm the information it needs to be written down somewhere and that creates the possibility of the information being acquired via ESP but not telepathy (mind to mind). ESP has a great deal of valid evidence establishing it's reality but it is far from 100% accurate.
The book "Mental Radio" by Upton Sinclair describes experiments he did with his wife (and his wife with others) exploring the possible connections between minds.

Its possible. Like david Blaine, he can do almost everything!
It could be easy if you learn & know the tactics of it from the expert, or without it, you can read people body language but again, it could not be 100% sure... well it all depend in our brain works!

Like a few others said already, there's the body language and face reading. Also, I remember reading something about catching 'thoughts' of a person by looking and reading his/her aura.. Just look up 'aura reading' on Google, if you're interested. There's plenty of informative sites about it.

You'll probably get a lot of wiseass answers on this one. But, it is quite easy if you try to... put in "others' shoes". Ever seen close friends or spouses? They do it naturally. The first step is to focus on their emotions, not their thoughts. The rest will follow.

yes, but your IQ should near +180. you know if you have a good iq then you will understand and recognise the movements eye,body, and lip\cheek face in genral, which is as good as mind reading.The texture and color with different moods will accurately be determined by you. There are lots of courses but none will be of good use. those courses are like teaching a chicken to fly , so dont try them.

i would like to say that you just have to have a calm mind state. Clear your mind of everything and not think of anything.
what you do next is simply close your eyes...and maybe you will hear voices in your mind that are not of your own.

No, it isn't. You can only draw conclusions on facial expressions and the choice of language, which might not even come close to what one is really thinking of. That's why it's not right to look closely or eavesdrop. You get all the more confused.
