larry flynts restaurant in beverly hills. they treat you like royalty and the food is in my opinion about a 6 on a rating between 1-10, the show is awsome and there is no nudity or anything indacating that larry flynt has any part of it. even the waitresses uniforms are modest. but the show consists of about 5 girls dancing. when i went about a year ago the show was cell block tango from the movie chicago.
an other great place in fourtyduece in hollywood no dinner.call both place to make sure their open to the public.

Disney offers a few restaurants that don't have actual shows per say, but they do have characters and a cool environment.
Also ANY comedy club offers a comedy show and you can order food there too!

I love La Fonda near MacArthur Park in L.A. They have decent Mexican food and the best mariachi. They do a nice job of celebrating a birthday. If you like Mexican food and mariachi music, La Fonda is the best hidden gem in all of L.A.

check out the Curtain call dinner theater in Tustin, but not sure how far in advance you need reservations
if you want a Saturday evening to try something different, go to Fillmore (not far from Magic Mountain) and check out the Fillmore & Western Railway improv murder mystery dinner train

Greek restaurants are always good for at least dancing waiters, and you won't have to pay through the nose for the dinner, either.

whatever you do, don't go to medieval times. you have to eat with your hands and it smells like horse crap (unless you're into that kind of stuff). How about a murder mystery cruise??? Check out this link.
