do bending exercise
do stretching exercise to trim your belly... for example lie flat in your back and lift your legs straight up to 90 degrees then down then lift again... do this 10x in the morning and 10x in the evening.
jogging
brisk walking
try to practice to keep your stomach-in while jogging or brisk walking
no meal after six pm (this was best tested by my ageing mom and she really trimmed her body)
eat more fruits and vegetables and not so much on starch-carbo-sweet foods
walking up and down the stairs

Exercise...walking for at least 20 minutes per day, eat healthy, drink plenty of water and no sodas, alcohol or junk foods. In two weeks? I don't know how fast you lose weight, but it is never good to do it fast because it will come right back on again.
Sit ups, and other abdominal exercises will also help. Stress plays a big part in belly weight, limit that as much as possible too.

Same thing happened to me recently, and guess what?
I simply stopped eating after 6:00pm
(actually I ran out of groceries)
and my stomach drastically shrunk!!
TRY IT!!!!
I eat regularly during the day, but after dinner, which is at 5:00pm I don't eat anything.
Apparently what you eat after 6 goes straight to your stomach area (for most women).

in 2 weeks mean it is very difficult.you hav to work hard.do abs exercises daily.work for 1hr daily on threadmill.there are many sites which can show u abs exercises.follow them.or you can search in youtube.com for videos of exercises.avoid foods which give u more calories.avoid fats especially

take the supplement BALLERINA because that was taken by my mother and after a months, she lose weight..try that... that was effective.....
