during a solar ecllipse, you would just see the shadow of the moon cast over the earth, and during a lunar ecllipse, you would see the earth block out the sun from view.

If the earth had a lunar eclipse the eclipse from the moon would be a solar eclipse. it would look nothing like a solar eclipse from earth. As the earth is a lot larger than the moon, the earth would more than cover the sun. The corona could not be seen but the earth would be spectacular.
