I really like the unique spellings, although sadly it will lead to your child having to spell their name for everyone. However, you can even have a relatively common name and be asked for spellings because of numerous variations, so I guess you can't win no matter which way you go. Kaitlyn is gorgeous, and not completely unheard of with this spelling (Caitlin is far too commonplace). Stephani is beautiful, but alternatively, you could use Steffani. Love Jayson - actually, must say I prefer this spelling. My favourites: Stephani Nicole and Jayson Kiel.

Kaitlyn Amelia - Cute
Raychel Elizabeth - Prefer Rachel without a Y, not keen on Elizabeth
Stephani Nicole - Prefer Stefani or Stephanie but not a mix of the two. Nicole is nice
Taylor Michelle - Taylor is too masculine, Michelle is good
Joseph Michael - Nice, traditional
Jayson Kiel - Looks like Jason Kill - No.
Tyler Mark - Doesn't really flow well. Not a fan of Mark
Andrew David - 2 Common but nice names

Kaitlyn - too common but Amelia is cute
Raychel Elizabeth is Great but normal spelling better
Stephanie Nicole - Good
Taylor Michelle - Good
Joseph Micheal - Good
Jayson Kyle - Great!
Tyler Mark - Good
Andrew David - Boring
I would go with Jayson Kyle for a boy, love this spelling! And Rachel Elizabeth or Stephanie Nicole for a girl as Kaitlyn and Taylor are too common and unoriginal. I do like them but the other two are better
Best of luck

Kaitlyn Amelia: okay
Raychel Elizabeth: okay, dislike the spelling of Rachel
Stephani Nicole: My favorite. Again prefer traditional spelling
Taylor Michelle: okay
Joseph Michael: Good
Jayson Kiel: don't like it or the spelling
Tyler Mark: not fond of Mark
Andrew David: my favorite.
I like the more common names for the boys and the bit unusal for the girls.

Kaitlyn Amelia - I like it reversed better (Amelia Kaitlyn---very pretty)
Raychel Elizabeth - Love Rachel, never been a fan of Elizabeth
Stephani Nicole - very nice together
Taylor Michelle - sounds nice....also Taylor nicole
Joseph Michael - Nice name, a little too common for me
Jayson Kiel (Jason Kyle) - sounds nice together
Tyler Mark - sounds kind of short and choppy---how about: Tyler Marcus
Andrew David - I like David Andrew better

I like the name Rachel, it goes okay with Elizabeth. But I think I would prefer Rachel Michelle or Rachel Nicole. It flows better. I don't like the name Taylor at all, way too stereotypically white parents (nothing wrong with "white" names, but it can be taken too far).
I like the name Stephanie (and this time I like the spelling also of Stefani). It sounds okay with Nicole, but again doesn't flow well. But I can't come up with anything that sounds better. It's not bad, though. I think you could go with it.
I'm not really liking any of the boy names. Each one by itself is pretty good, but none of the combinations work. Maybe Jason Andrew, but I don't really even like that one either.

Kaitlyn Amelia and Taylor Michelle are not bad. I really hate "creative" misspellings of names.
