Typically it's not a good idea to "invest" outside your own area of expertise...

IF you work in Dubai, or have property investments in UK and EU, and can no longer find further opportunities there, it might well be OK to consider something further afield ...

However if you just received a 'cold call' form a 'bucket shop' or an email from a 419 Advanced Fee fraudster, well now is the time to think about how much it's going to cost you to learn that age old lesson "A fool and his money are soon parted"

I work for Damac the UAE''s largest private developer. The prices in the marina are constantly rising as demand is high.

From an investment point of view its ok but your going to pay a premium, we've seen prices rise at approx 10% over the last 12 months in the marina.

On the other hand some developments that have risen at 20%/30% per year.

I have a pool of investors who at the moment buy at release stage (off plan) and retain for 3/9 months or until the development is sold out and they are making as much as 10% per month.

If your interested in discussing your options further please email me.
