Anytime that I've bought something from eBay, Paypal is basically my checking account anyway...so I'm really paying out of pocket.

Add a credit card to PP and you make payments later.

Paypal isn't credit. However they do work with 3rd party financial companies. There is something called paypal buyer credit which is handled through a exernal banking institution. Works like a credit card on ebay. The catch is that you have to enroll before the purchase and the transaction has to be eligible for buyer credit.

That's the best way to do it, but PayPal does offer a Mastercard or Visa for qualified applicants.
