yea, i get that too.
heres what you do:
Trim the area first. It makes shaving a lot easier.
Soak in a hot bath to loosen the hair follicles up.
Then get out, dry off mostly and lather your pubic area up with a sensitive skin shaving cream or petroleum jelly. then get into a warm shower and shave With the hair growth. Then wash with anti-bacterial soap.
the rest of the day, dont wear panties and wear a long flowy skirt. I only say long so you dont accidentlaly flash someone. this gives the pubic area a chance to breathe. Applying aloe vera can help with irritation.
If you get redness or bumps coming, take some aspirin and apply cortisone cream.
hope this helps you. I know it seems like a lot of steps, but it is SO worth it

This is normal. First the area is very sensitive so you have to use a saving GEL that says sensitive. Try Noxzema saving gel and Noxzema razors. When your finished taking a shower apply a lotion or cream to prevent shave bumps (I can't remember the name it is a small tube, it's in the isle where the hair remover is). And what every you do don't use a body lotion that has perfume in it.

Every time use a new blade and after shave you just apply soft creams like, Nivea, Dove or Benzoyl peroxide.
To use, wet the affected area.
To use the shaving cream - Apply the cream, gently rub over the area, and shave. Rinse and pat dry. Wash your hands after using Cream.
To use the cream - Wash and completely dry the affected area. Gently rub the cream until it is evenly distributed.

i used to get them, but don't anymore. make sure you have a new razor, and use lots of shaving cream or something so it doesn't grind up against your skin. also, the direction you shave seems to have an effect on this. for the itchiness, you might want to try some powder or something to decrease the friction against your skin from your clothes.

actually it is normal most of the time i find with women it is from a dull razor (how you guys shave anything with them I don't have a clue) I used my ex's once and i swear almost tore my face off hint if you shaved your legs with it dont use it there. read the site below on the razor burn section for all the reasons and eleminate each one until the bumps stop GL

Totally normal. You probably don't want to hear it from a guy, but waxing will eliminate the problem. My sister tried it once (yes, we are an extremely open family) and it drove her insane for about a week (it was rather funny).

That is completely normal. The bumpyness is from razor burn, and it is itchy from the hair that is growing back.
You could wax, trim or just leave it alone.

No honey its not werid. I get em too!! I think they're the same bumps as if you were to shave your legs!! As to why we get bumps I have no idea my only guess would be razor burn!?!?
