Nail scratching on black board. Floor cleaning machines, Someone adjusting the sound of their motobike or car early in the morning. Someone hammering something early in the morning or in the middle of the night. Girls laughing out loud unecessarily at my workplace.

People chewing. I think it might be worse than nails on a chalkboard... which would be second. I can't STAND the sound of people chewing their food!
